HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

PLACING AN ORDER – STEP BY STEP

If you are interested in any of our products and wish to purchase it, please follow our instructions on how to place an order.

STEP 1 :

Click on the product that you are interested in.

  1. Click “ADD TO BASKET” button on the right.
  2. You can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. When you click on the shopping carts icon, its content will show up on the right. If you want to buy all of the items, click on the “BASKET” button.

STEP 2 :

  1. In the shopping carts preview, you can see a list of the products you have chosen, together with their quantity and price.
  2. If you want to remove a product from the shopping cart, click on the "x" on the right side of the price. If you want to change the quantity, click on +/- button next to the quantity and wait for a moment. In a short while, the shopping cart will be updated.
  3. To continue, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.

  6. STEP 3 :

    If you are a registered customer, please sign in. You can also place an order as a guest (without registration).

    STEP 4 :

    Enter your shipping details by filling in all fields. Ensure that your data is correct and then select your preferred shipping method.

    STEP 5 :

    Please select your preferred shipping method. The table presents available shipping methods together with shipping costs and estimated delivery times.

    STEP 6 :

    Select your payment method:

    After you choose your preferred payment method, agree to have your personal data processed, please click on the “Complete Order” button.

  7. STEP 7 :

    Check your mailbox - you should receive an order confirmation email.

    Once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled as we deal in custom orders.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns/Exchanges


  • If your product is damaged, defective, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request within 6 hours of delivery.
  • Please contact Customer Service at care@bagallery.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  • Attach packaging pictures along with the product pictures from different angles.

Shipping Damages / Broken Items:

Bagallery takes the best possible measures in providing sustainable packaging but since some of the makeup items are fragile, and can be damaged by the shipping company during the transit, you need to share the proof of damage within 6 hours of receiving those items, and we will not return or exchange such items, but we will provide you a discount coupon equivalent to the damage happened. We will require 7-10 business days to settle these claims.

  • Return Condition:
  • The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry.
  • Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

  • We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Issuance of Refunds

  • If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below.
  • The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. The refund time starts once the quality check is completed. (For quality check timelines refer to table below)

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Are there any additional shipping fee?
Orders containing products in bulk quantity may be subject to overland shipping. You may contact us for more information.

Note:
• No additional charges will be added by the system while you are placing a bulk order. We will call you before dispatching your order if any additional delivery charges are applied.
• Additional Delivery charges may differ city to city.

After an order is processed as a 'Bank Deposit', the customer needs to make the transfer at the given bank account details in the order confirmation email and send the screenshot at 'finance@bagallery.com’. After they receive a confirmation from the finance department, only then the order is confirmed and processed.
