WHAT IS IT?

This liquid eyeliner is one smooth operator. It delivers precision at your fingertips in one fluid swipe! It’s quick drying and with a slim, tapered brush that creates a dramatic sleek finish.

HOW TO USE

- Eyeliner can be used on bare eyelids or over any eyeshadow makeup look.

- Apply as close to the lash line as possible for a tight line or to gradually increase and build out a dramatic cat eye or winged eyeliner look.

- Use your eyelashes as a guide, pressing the side of the applicator onto skin.

- Use the precision tip liquid eyeliner applicator to fill in any gaps between lashes.

INGREDIENTS

Aqua (Water), Styrene/acrylates Copolymer, CI 77266 (Nano) (Black 2), Laureth-21,  Propylene Glycol, Xanthan Gum, peg-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Allantoin, Ethylhexylglycerin, Sodium Dehydroacetate.

With limited exceptions, valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock.
