Take a small amount of body lotion and apply it to the desired area.
Gently massage the body lotion into your skin using circular motions, focusing on areas that tends to be drier, such as the elbows, knees and feet.
Allow the body lotion to absorb into your skin.
For best results, use the body lotion daily, preferably after showering or bathing, to lock in moisture and keep your skin hydrated.
