Golden Rose-Lip Barrier Transparent Lip Pencil

• Transparent Lip Barrier defines lips while creating a protective barrier so lip product stay put with no blending or feathering. It is applied easily with its smooth and creamy texture is enriched with Vitamin E. 
  
  How to use: Draw the line directly onto the lip contour. Fill in the lip area with your favorite lip color. Apply to the area just outside the natural lip line.
