HOW TO USE
Saturate a cotton pad.
FOR EYE MAKEUP REMOVAL: Hold pad over closed eyes for a few seconds then gently wipe to remove.
FOR ALL OVER FACE: Gently wipe pad over skin until skin is completely clean.
