For Maximum Impact:
1. Line lips using the Lip Contour of your choice and fade towards the center.
2. Apply a thin layer of Liquid Matte in the corresponding or lighter shade to fill in the rest.
3. Allow approximately 30 seconds for color to set and intensify to an opaque finish.
