Introducing our latest water activated split cake liners! A little splash of water will turn these colors into liquid liners! The splash liner is available in twelve different variations, each containing multiple colors. These liners are perfect for face and body painting. Apply using one of our specially designed Splash Liner Brushes.

How to use
Wet a Splash Liner Brush and swipe across the desired color before application.
With limited exceptions, valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock.
All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 48 hours after the return is processed.
