For Perfectly Primed Skin:
1. Apply one pump of primer to clean skin before makeup application.
2. Wait 30 to 60 seconds for the hydrating ingredients to absorb into your skin while the activating priming ingredients provide optimal makeup grip.
3. Follow with foundation application, as usual.

With limited exceptions, valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock.
