La Roche-Posay no rinse Effaclar Micellar Water Ultra for Sensitive Skin uses micellar technology to help remove 99% long wearing foundation makeup. It also removes impurities from your skin, even pollution particles. The micellar cleansing water is suitable for all skin types and contains dirt-encapsulating micelles. The micelles naturally lift dirt, oil, makeup, and pollution upon contact with the skin with no harsh rubbing necessary. The formula contains Poloxamer: a mild cleansing agent so gentle it is used in contact lens solution, La Roche-Posay Thermal Spring Water: antioxidant-rich water to soothe skin, and Glycerin: hydrates the skin. This micellar cleansing water is:

- Apply this micellar cleansing water to a cotton pad and gently wipe face, eyes, and lips.
- Repeat until cotton pad looks clean and no need to rinse.
- Use as a cleanser, makeup, remover, or a toner.
