HOW TO USE

- Begin at the base of your lashes and sweep the wand in a wiggling motion both outward and upward from root to tip until your desired intensity is achieved.

- Repeat with additional coats for even more extreme drama.

May Contain (+/-): 77499 Iron Oxides, CI 77007 Ultramarine Blue, CI 77289 Chromium Hydroxide Green.
